I never got anything about interrogatories nor does my summons say anything about answering the summons. There's nothing here but a court date and 3 statements from my credit card account. I"m scared and confused and I certainly don't have that kind of money.

What if I tried to negotiate after filing my answer and denying all the allegations are they allowed to use that against me in court as admission in owing the debt? Do you have any email address where I can send you their questions and how can I ask them on pre-trial pls? I need help
