Stay Away from Rockstar Warehouse in EU [Feedback] - Feat. Spoofer

Today we will be talking about why you should avoid Rockstar Warehouse. I will be sharing a particular bad experience I had in August. The reason why I made this video is a desperation. I got trashed items twice and the costumer service is ignoring me.

Everything that I say in this video refers only to European subdivision of Rockstar Warehouse, which is handled by “Digital River Ireland Ltd”. If you live somewhere else, then you should have a different distributor and you should have these problems.

Considering Rockstar are a multi-billion dollar company this is absolutely unacceptable by any standards, even if they use a different distributer this shouldn't happen.

Rockstar has abysmal customer service in general and they should be absolutely ashamed of themselves.

I've worked in a warehouse with lots of games and CDs, the damage to the game cases looks to have occurred inside the distribution centre, not the courier/postman. Since these are Xbox 360 cases maybe the plastic has gone slightly brittle over the years and one heavy object or person crushed the factory shipping case breaking all the game jewel cases in the same way.

Hmm Seems to me this is a case of bad standards in the distribution centre and... considering all the damage seem to be relatively the same, it would be safe to assume these are cases that failed Quality Assurance and are being offloaded through the site because obviously you cant see your order until its arrived.

Strangely shady that is.

I can say that everything Vadim M has said here is all true, from personal experience. They also don’t stock some of their other items, such as posters, possibly because they want the place to look more filled.

In the Philippines, I have experienced similar issues when I bought some items on online stores.

I'm surprised even AAA companies like Rockstar is having worst quality of service than a shitty 3rd-world country.

We're in a digital age, I still prefer buying stuff in physical stores. Just avoid buying on online stores, unless it's digital copies like Steam.
