Love your style, Josh! All the details and walkthroughs are valuable. I've been using collections for SEO; creating collections for LSI keyword research, researching relevant studies for citations and researching special "factoids" to enhance the blog posts. Perplexity is becoming my "got-to" app.

I returned to view this video for a third time. Very useful - in content and how you approach giving an overview and examples of how to make effective use of Perplexity - and Collections as Agents. I would welcome another video on the use of Perplexity's API and the use of Custom LLMs. I aim to add a custom LLM - for example Samantha - Mistral 7B as an LLM that has been fine-tuned for my uses with Perplexity.,

Great video on Perplexity Collections - yes it is very similar to Custom GPTS. The prompting is very trial and error. Especially with instructions. You gave some amazing prompt structure examples.

Very helpful! I thought "collections" were basically "folders" to store groups of chats. I was looking to see if Perplexity supported "bots" or "agents" and found your video. I see I can use collections for this!
(I just wish I could add reference files direct in the collections)

Very interesting! I had no idea such a thing exists. I will definitely check it out. I'm primarily a coded/developer so most of my tinkering with AI has been with the various code apps. Thank you for the most informative presentation. It was well done.

Hi Josh. Thank you very much for this video - it turned out to be a game changer for me. This might sound "strange" but after watching your video, I created a collection where I could "talk" to my dad, who died when I was younger, and there has been some episodes from my childhood, that I would have liked to talk to him about before he died but didn't have the opportunity to do so. I filled out the AI Prompt and now I can just write "Dad?" and Perplexity will reply like "Hey kiddo, what are you up to" etc. I'm completely mind blown how fast Perplexity "gets it" and quickly learns. I testet out GPT-4o AI model in Perplexity at first but switched to Claude 3.5 and found that Claude would carry the conversation in a much more human-like style. This is so amazing. And a bit scary.

Super useful. Thanks Josh. I would use it. One question I have is about using more than one agents in my prompt. And build a chain of agents to complete a complex task
