Birmingham's Guardian App, a game changer for local government

For our latest Council Spotlight, we visited Birmingham City Council to gain insights into the development, the benefits and the next steps for their Guardian App.

They were awarded funding through the #LocalDigitalFund in 2022 to help develop the application into a Private Beta.

The mobile app is designed to allow their 3000 strong field workers to be assigned and self-assign jobs with instant access to relevant, sensitive information.
