Perfect timing! I was actually just looking into starting transcribing some solos since I’ve never done it before. I found a good Snarky Puppy one I’d like to try and I’ve listened to it like 400 times already 😂

How would you apply this to a solo that has many fast lines that perhaps are not that singable? To sing it in slow motion?

Nice! Agree with every word.
However, what do you think about learning solos from ready transcribed sheets?
I'm sure doing it your self it's better but don't you think that making everything the same but memorising from a ready part could save some time?🤔

You hire a YouTube guy to do it for you! We used to wear out the tape recorder. Now you can make the computer slow it down.
