The apple thing is very misunderstood. You have to throw the apple at the doctor and hit them in the head so they're knocked out long enough that you can escape.

I always just assumed "Died of a broken heart" was a gentle, old-timey euphemism for suicide.

"DON'T eat Vapor Rub" THANK YOU! Been telling my mom that for years!

Hearing him dish out all the information is extremely inspiring me to be a doctor.

"An apple a day keeps the Doctor away" (in the modern American context) saw a resurgence as a prohibition era marketing campaign for apple growers to sell the produce that could not be used for alcoholic beverage production.

As someone with a severe allergy to apples, I can assure an apple a day will only bring the doctors closer to me!

Stress can cause an increase in the hormone cortisol. Over long periods, it does do damage to the body. Prolonged “heart break” can raise cortisol levels which can effect all organs of the body and lower your immune system.

Am I the only person who’s thinking they wish their nearby hospital had a Doctor like Dr Brown?

We need more doctors that are able to communicate like this guy can. Despite the fact that he is much more educated than most people, he is relatable, charismatic, and just has a generally friendly persona.

Don't trust thumbnails. He explains Padmes death was a real thing. The myth is that you can't, the truth is that you can. Never comment before watching a video, it is almost always a different story than what you assumed.

He seems like a hip, relatable doctor. He could explain really well and not make it sound like a science book to patients.

They need to bring this doctor back for more videos. He's really good.

So what you’re saying...Padmè really did die of a broken heart and not Palpatine draining her life force. Lame. (P.S. sub to my channel if you love Star Wars content)

I smoked for 22 years and was finally able to quit with Nicorette lozenges. Just in case anyone is wanting to quit without vaping.

7:47 Migraines aren't necessarily accompanied with pain. I get ocular migraines, which make me go blind, but don't cause me any pain.

I trust this doctor, and I appreciate the way he explains everything so succinctly. Thanks doc!
