Brussel Sprout Salad Recipe

Ingredients:
1 lb (454g) Brussel Sprout
1/2 Bunch Parsley (1 oz / 30g)
1/2 Cup Dried Cranberries
1 oz (28g) Walnuts (1/4 Cup)
1 Onion
2 - 3 Tbsp Olive Oil
1/2 Cup Mustard Salad Dressing
Salt, Black Pepper

Preparations:
1- Slice the onions.
2- Cut the sprouts in half.
3- Mince the walnuts.
4- Mince the parsley.

Brussel Sprout Salad is filled with antioxidants, vitamins and minerals. Brussel spout is an excellent source of vitamin K. Vitamin k may help prevent cancer. One of the most important benefits of vitamin K is it regulates blood clotting and it also transports calcium throughout the body.
