I enjoy Matcha tea every day (with a sweet treat). It restores energy and focus and suppresses my appetite. It also helps prepare for meditation.

My favourite is Gokyro one, however it's difficult to find good quality out of Japan.
Any japanease tea is perfect for health, I can confirm it as a doctor surgeon

I’ve tried to get used to matcha but I find it too bitter. I drink green tea with lemon as it’s the nearest I can manage to drink. I know it has many health benefits.

I've tried Matcha tea in Recovery and it's effects are amazingly helpful, thank you for everything you do and it's such a a shame that japanese culture developed a lot of unhealthy stuff like reliance on nuclear power and obsession with work, but hey we are all trying our best.
