Honestly it's sad to feel like that though I felt it before and was always stressing out if I were to go out without makeup, that's why I decided to not put makeup anymore and that changed me a lot I now feel more confident in my own skin and accepted my natural features because nothing is perfect it's just how you view yourself that matter. Makeup is great if you love to do it but to tie your confidence to it seems like a bad idea. I’m in my 30’s and almost never wear makeup cause I actually feel more self conscious with it on like” oh do I need to touch up? Am I blended? Is there lipstick on my teeth?” Truly makeup is just a habit. If you stopped you’d get used to it. I’m not saying it’s bad to wear makeup just be careful it’s not just to hide yourself behind it.
