Grand Juror did NOTHING wrong by giving interviews about Trump criminal investigation in Georgia

The Trump machine erupted in histrionics when the forewoman of the Georgia grand jury, Emily Kohrs, gave interviews discussing some what happened in the grand jury investigation of Trump's election crimes. Headlines breathlessly announced things like, "Georgia Grand Juror Imperils Trump Case with Bizarre Media Tour."

The problem is, Ms. Korhs imperiled exactly nothing. Georgia law ALLOWS jurors to talk about what happened in the grand jury. In fact, the judge who had supervisory authority over the Georgia special grand jury, Judge McBurney, gave an interview to the Atlanta Journal Constitution explaining the rules regarding what jurors can and cannot talk about, and Judge McBurney made it clear that Ms. Kohrs obeyed those rules. Accordingly, Trump and the others who are facing indictment will have no legal challenges available to them as a result of Ms. Kohrs' interview.

I heard some legal analysts claiming that her giving these interviews was somehow going to jeopardize the case. I said that it was not going to have any impact on anything. The Judge gave the jurors permission to do interviews and gave them certain instructions. She is fine and so is the case! 🤔

I thought Emily was careful to not break the rules but she made being on a grand jury sound quite exciting. She stated that she thought people should not avoid jury duty and she is right!
