It is depressing to watch Spiked succumb to identity politics. Apparently a black woman (Kemi) will have more authority as leader than a white male (Jenrick). Meritocracy is truly dead in Britain. Only your skin color matters.

I think Kemi would do a great job has leader of the opposition. Although I don't think the Tories will win back the Reform voters or win another general election in my lifetime. The British people forgave a lot, been far too tolerant of the political class and that time is now over. The British people cannot and refuse to stomach outright "betrayal", and "treason" from both parties in Westminster.
