Cacao = cacao that is grown and roasted on the sun or naturally i would say
Cocoa = The trees have pesticides or not i up to the industry and processed and/or roasted with heated treatments etc
The fat is not the bad anyway... its literally the good in fact XD

also, isn't fermentation better? not roasting but fermentation infact increases the nutrition and makes it more digestable and reduce phytic acid

ignorance! saturated fat is a good fat, meaning good cholesterol (HDL)! raw cacao is healthier than cocoa powder because cocoa powder is more processed so lesser nutritional value and lesser enzymes since it is roasted. know your facts dude do your research harder.

Isn't the unhealthy sat fat from unnatural causes...not the natural sat fat?like the processed sat fat not plants and herbs that naturally have them...and arent antioxidants also weakening with any kind og processing? but to be safe, just use all three lol....one for complete natural safety check, one for the sat fats taken out so your whole batch won't be with sat fat, and the Dutch one just for a lil more smooth chocolatey flavor...make a combo mix. Using the one you think is best as the majority. BOOM problem solved and end of discussion due to lack of necessity....you're welcome

I think you need to study a bit more my friend... you're info is erroneous...cholesterol is not the bad guy neither is sat fat... terrible video
