So, the legislative branch is now Involking "HIS opinion" that he has issues with, an other separate branch of Government, The Scotus and their opinion.
Sir, your job is to legislate, their job uphold laws.
I've NEVER seen a member of The SCOTUS go on tv and state their opinion on what you do or how you do it.
Unless you've failed to follow the law.
