I've shared Raclette with husband's family for New Year's and it was great! Joining and Sharing makes us all family

In my family (Germany) we traditionally make a kind of hotpot for new year's (fondue) which is also basically slightly simmering broth (with or without wine) and we cook stuff in just like you! Your hotpot would be very welcome at our table I suppose :)

The differences between the French raclette and the German one always makes me laugh, one try to kill you the other is almost healthy 😂.
