You’d be surprised how often this happens. Some are as brazen to discriminate during interviews. After experiencing this so many times, I learned! So, I give an earful before I walk out; they will treat the next Black Woman with respect when I’m done. I know I ain’t getting that job anyway so hells bells.

Not only employment attorneys would not take on such cases, but also state/federal agencies DO NOT even investigate such claims seriously! 🤷🏻‍♂️This is a rampant problem that needs serious/immediate attention! Amen to that though 🙏🏻

Thank you sir, you did answer everything necessary. Also, you answered the questions in the back of my mind which has been the challenge (finding a lawyer to take the case and why they don't want to bother with it). I've attempt to handle it myself but have been unsuccessful finding an attorney that's available since yesterday. I saw another video about not posting your cases online I have to watch but I briefly wanted to.... The person was discriminating against me in the interview, 10 minutes later I attempt to report him, and then while doing so I received several calls from him, which felt like harrassment. Last, I log in the portal to find that 10 minutes after the calls my application was deleted showing I did it, but later found out the person did. I will delete this part if it's a violation and hurts me but this is why I needed the video.

What if your white and have years of experience in the field you specialize in but are being passed over by Latinos who have just started in the company and being bilingual is not a requirement in the job description, this has happened 3 times in the past 2 years and it's happening to any white women who are applying for promotions. Is this a case for disparment treatment or reverse discrimination?

my question which is totally valid.
I was hired by 20 different companies with an offer letter only to be ghosted due to a misdemeanor. is there some recourse>? my conviction has nothing of a moral ineptitude

It's hard to prove why something did not happen, as opposed to an employee involved in a series of adverse events that can be documented. A mere applicant has no internal email account, no access to internal company communications.

I am assuming it would be much easier to prove if you had an official offer that was revoked and several individuals were hired.

Vincent, could you please help with this question? Some time ago I had applied online cleaning job, after a week, I had physically went to the employer to find out when this job will be filled. Then one of the managers told me the employer is on vacation.

Any comments would be appreciated.

Thank you, Larry Chicago

Does this apply to the reinstatement/appointment process as well (experiencing of the negative workplace consequence during the reinstatement process) 😊

This isn't really accurate. In my case it was easy. I would call an attorney

How isn’t everybody a member of every protected class?

Everybody has a race..

Everybody has a gender..

Everybody has a religion (atheist included)

So how is “being a member of a protected class” not inherent?

Isn’t, not “being a member” itself, discrimination?
