Wow, I've gone over Isaiah 43:10 and the verses in John so many times in my head previously (because of talking to Mormons), but it never hit me like it did this time. I had a moment too. Those moments are so great!

It's surprising how on one hand JW speaks of the surety of prophesy, then turns around and talks about "the thread of text that John weaves together...across his book." John is testifying to these things, but it is not his word, nor is it his book. Rather, it is the Spirit of Christ in John who is speaking and testifying by John.

Good morning Sir, I just checked the LXX of Exo 3 vs 14, its thesame ego eimi in the Septuagint. So please can you help me to understand how this is different from the one in Isaiah 43 vs 10 . thanks alot. Like why cant we use the Exodus version too to show the context of John 8 vs 58

When ἐγώ εἰμι / egō eimi / I am is used in the New Testament, why did some translatsions say "I Am he"? In other words why is the he added?

Question: I've had someone ask me, "where, outside of the gospel of John, does Jesus claim to be God?" Can anyone point me in the right direction? I'd like to respond to this guy.
