you can contact the support and tell them that you got all the skins and they will give you the opportunity to get one of the rare skins that are not obtainable or for sale

next time a "your shop" comes around, it should be empty if you stay caught up.
When this happens, submit a support ticket addressing this fact.
The rioter will respond letting you know that for collecting all the available skins in the shop (this includes bundle exclusive skins like goth annie and something sivir) you may choose from a very short list of skins to add ONE to your collection. Pax tf, Pax sivir, Pax jax, urfwick championship riven (i'm fairly certain this option just awards you the border but i wouldnt know I picked pax tf) and riot singed(? maybe)
free skin is free skin. already had riven don't care about the border. urfwick will return for BE someday I'm sure or in some other fashion. pax tf i've wanted since i started playing. so i went with him and almost every time I play tf in aram, somebody is like "ayo pax tf!" it's funy
I react that way when I see ufo corki or king rammus.

i've never rerolled a mythic skin in my entirety of playing league and rerolling skins (ive rerolled a LOT of a skins) so this makes me both jealous and satisfied at the same time. thanks for sharing!!

Make sure to use your mythic essence on skin shards now since it's cheaper for rerolls compared to flat out buying the skin

I've heard somewhere that if you get all the obtainable skins, you can write a ticket and get to choose one of the unobtainable skins such as king rammus, silver kayle & pax jax

Apparently for your first "your shop" after collecting all skins, you can email riot and they will put a vaulted skin in yourshop for you. Only for the first time it happens, friend of mine got riot singed that way.

I had all the skins a few years ago, and then Riot raised the price of skins and started releasing 5-10 skins at a time every couple weeks. Made it impossible to keep up without blowing a crap ton of money every month
