My dad was on the maximum dose of Haldol, morphine, and whatever else and was still screaming obscenities at me. The hospice nurses were pretty impressed and it just felt like old times to me.

I love it as my first line for agitation and delirium. I also love that it can be administered in different route… I’ve seen it do wonders given transmucosal for homecare pt where SC is harder to administer by families. But you are right, in terminal agitation, it’s a hit or miss

This is unrelated to this video but still related to your profession. In a previous short of yours, you mentioned death visions. My query doesn't call into question the validity but rather leaves me wondering is there a religious or some sort of nurturing aspect that comes into play? I was never taught to believe in any sort of deity nor any religion. So, it leaves me wondering if the people who experience this were religious or had a religious upbringing. I'd be curious to know how frequently this happens for end-of-life patients.
