Ok, wrong... women "aren't" born with value technically. It is the opposite with men, actually.

A woman's value is technically based on her fertility, and she has to reach "sexual maturity" in order to gain that value. When a woman is born, she can potentially keep the bloodline going while men can keep the name and bloodline going along with spreading the bloodline in many different directions.

If the woman is physically unattractive but fertility is high. She will be passed up because no one really wants her, and if the opposite is where she's highly attractive but fertility is low. People will use her sexually, but it will be hard for her to lock down a mate because no one has anything to gain from her. Think about it, men do not connect/bond from sex alone, but women do.

Also, it is easier to put a man to work vs. women because a man is physically more capable than a woman on average. Look at construction crews on average or hard labor workers in general. When a man reaches maturity in the physical sense. He can go out and work to earn a living much earlier than a woman.
