I have 2 Peters Banded. In a 5-plus foot by 3-foot enclosure. I went with a mix of Sand and coco fiber/reptile soil. I divided the enclosure inrto thirds and used different percentages to see what held the tunnels and soil best. They ended up making the whole thing the same so my experiment was ridiculous. As for care guides, I do not think anyone knows what this species will need in captivity. I have a large shallow water dish because I had planned to be away for a while and I wanted to make sure water was available. 1 of the Peters Skinks loves to swim or bathe. Again I really do not think any of us humans understand Scincopus fasciatus. I have given up the breeding idea, Maybe I will make a new enclosure with 2 females and 1 male, but since they're all wild caught, I don't want to risk my Skinks. They are very fun, but kind of unpredictable,

I was lucky enough to breed PBS last year and I currently have 9 wild caught that are split into 2 group but I eventually will be splitting into 3 groups and I also have my 2 captive bred that I hatched last year, fingers crossed for this years breeding, hopefully these grilled bananas will be more readily available as captive breeds

Is it a bad idea or impossible to plant any kind of succulent or air desert plant in an enclosure? There're a reptile rescue near me who introduced me to a peter's banded skink. My original goal was a leopard gecko bioactive enclosure but there doesn't seem to be a ton of info on a banded skink that I' having an easy time finding.
