The chiss ascendancy also used their fuu it race sensitive children for steering ships, and the secret “second sight” which was rarer than third sight (used to guide ships through hyperspace) was actually just the force ability to read minds, so it also meant chiss secrets where actually common knowledge, which would be jarring
