i’m so glad people like you Mimo can make REALLY GOOD LOOKING FONDANT. I don’t really like the classic fondant but your fondant is a must.

IM EARLLLYYYY, but yes, cake just doesn’t taste right without the rabbit poop hands and counter. People need to learn that it is completely sanitary.

Edit: just in case people think I’m calling her unsanitary, I’m not, its just meant as a joke. Sorry for the confusion!

Though this is unrelated to the video, I wanted to thank you overall for your content. Every time I watch your content I’m reminded that instead of feeling dreadful about the customer service world and the way people interact with each other, I come away in a more accepting mood because of your positivity. FYI: If you want to color fondant a dark color, you add the gel color when the marshmallows are melted and mix. Then you add sugar and it gets deep color. If you do it afterwards, you use way more color and it doesn't get as dark.😃

I have to tell you, had I known this recipe years ago when I was in my baking career, I would definitely used it!! Mind you, I was a strict anti-fondant, ride or die card career career path Wilton Graduate cake decorating decorating pipe squeeze till my fingers fell off and my my back buckled!! Hey, that was then...and it paid the bills. I'm amazed with your skills and your art!! I miss the work each day...

i once made fondant at like 1/8 this size and it was hell… i can’t imagine doing this at least weekly on this scale. this channel is great at scaring me away from the baking industry
