Why is that user consent stuff not simply built into the Admob sdk?
Your army of lawyers definitely knows better that I on how to get it implemented correctly.

Google has become extremely bureaucratic in reviewing the apps without taking in consideration the urgency of uploading the new versions of the apps. There could be major bugs fixes in the app which the new version would resolve.

Who do we talk to if we have questions about the Exact Alarm API requirements? What happens to apps that are currently on the store that haven't updated to include the permission?

Why don't Google have a regulator a person that goes to every app and make sure everybody has all the necessary paperwork or information

strange that googl blocks apps with absolutely no ads and no data collection. I sincerely don't understand this behaviour nor googl intentions...

How can i solve this our app has been rejected and wasn't published due to the policy issue(s) listed below. If you submitted an update, the previous version of your app is still available on Google Play.
Issue found: Permission use is not directly related to your app's core purpose.
We found that your app is not compliant with how REQUEST_INSTALL_PACKAGES permission is allowed to be used. Specifically, the use of the permission is not directly related to the core purpose of the app.

I have checked on merged_manifest and I cannot find the REQUEST_INSTALL_PACKAGES how do i go about it

Would be great if wasn't banned forever because I published a Statistics app for a known Game, even stating that it was not official and with a different name that didn't make it sound like it was official. Even sharing the policies of the brand use from the Oficial game website (Were stated fair use of the brand for content, websites and apps would be fine if not blocked by a paywall. I guess I was caught in the purge of small apps in the store. And that sucks for me.
