i feel like a lot of kids get scared when they get it early, like 8/9 or even 9. they freak out because some parents don’t talk about this. it’s never to early to talk to your children about a girl thing that will happen soon. it lasts your WHOLE life and it needs to be spoken about. its really scary for a 9 year old to wake up and freaking have cramps and blood loss. parents, if your reading this, it’s never to early to tell your children about Bird’s And The bee’s. thank you for your time. :) also tysm for this video it was making me worried before but now i know bc of this video!!

Starting at April: Yellowish discharge and recently had a growth spurt, pubic hair
May: yellow- white discharge, pubic hair and darker hairs on my arms
June:ALOT of discharge, spots, pubic hair getting thicker
July: Still a lot of discharge, constipation and cramps
August: discharge hasn’t changed and nothing new
September: sticky discharge, bloating and picking fights
October: Basically the same but had another growth spurt
November: Had some brown discharge and cramps quite often
December: Cramps, discharge and very irritable
January: a lot of discharge and cramps. Crying for no reason
February: cramps, cravings and on and off heavy discharge, also my bday! Where are my Pisces friends at?
March: Extremely annoyed, discharge, cramps, a lot of spots and very tired
April: Cramps, moody dishcharge. Must I say more? Also, it’s been a whole year since I started this :0
May: cramps, still discharge and moody 🤩

My first period story: I got mine at 11. I had all the signs but my period decided to be EVIL. I was going on a survival camp: no flushing toilets, no running water, sleeping under a tarp all of it. A DAY OR TWO BEFORE it came like a slap in the face. I sucked it up and went armed with a period cup. I stood by the fire to cope with cramps and beat all the boys at shooting.
