Aviation band on the snow

There's zero cm of snow down here in the valley so I went up the mountain to find some.
And there it was about 20 cm.

I was lucky to hear this conversation between a pilot who took off from a nearby airport (10 km) so the audio was perfect.

It's a known issue of Tecsun portables that they're way too quiet on weak signals..
