That is a good point. However, even though you point out the fact that it is hard to managr potential MIMs due to lack of time or resources, I am interested on your view to actually fix this. In my team we often put those on hold to be handled by production support. We monitor them only in case business impact materialize. I would be happy to hear about alternatives.
