Lesson Title: GCSE Physics - Electric Fields

Lesson Objectives: To be define what an electric field is. To be able to draw the electric field line patterns for positively and negatively charged objects. To be able to draw radial and uniform fields

Description: In this video I outline what an electric field is. It is a region in space in which a charged particle experiences a force. For positively charged particles, the electric field line arrows go away from the the object and for negatively charged particles, the arrows go into the object. Use a ruler when drawing the lines, I couldn't draw them straight as I was using my tablet. Also make sure that you can draw both radial and uniform field lines. Notice that the field lines are closer in a radial field, the closer you are to the charged object and they spread apart the further you go. But in the uniform field, notice that they are are all the same distance from each other (obviously ignoring the edge effect)
