"He needs help." - He's literally in the best place to ask for help to disable venues from enabling his addictive behavior which AA teaches them is something beyond their control. What a farce of government pretenders sitting through a required part of their job with no intention of doing anything useful with their positions, only letting people yammer and vent when they don't have any real interest in listening or helping, just getting through it.

Why doesn't cancel culture look into this kind of thing? Why not cancel politicians and their careers for not doing enough with their positions of power, ending their political careers and make them get real jobs and suffer the same struggles the rest of us have to go through?
