THE CROSS

Matthew 11:28-30

This has touched my heart on a personal level. My mother went to be with Jesus in 2022 and it felt my whole world had come crashing down. She was a woman of God saved for many years, as am i, but it still hurt and i know the Lord understands our hurts and pains. He himself wept for Lazuras. She had always prayed for my brother, sister and all her extended family to come to Jesus as their Lord and Saviour and the Salvation in the Cross was preached by the Pastor at her funeral which is what she would have wanted if she were to go to be with the Lord. All my extended family said the Salvation prayer at the service which i believe seeds were planted. She used to always be praying for my brother who is a scientist and science took his belief of God away but i pray for him now that Mammy is with Jesus for his Salvation. All this and a lot in this short play has hit home to me and i thank you for this inspiring play. In this day and age of the glitz and glamour Churches we see with a lot of false teachings it is so good to see the plain and simple Gospel of Jesus Christ preached and through a simple play and not a big fancy set up and be more effective than any of the Prosperity messages from fancy Churches we see nowadays. Also the Hymn in the back-ground was a favourite of my mothers and mine when we would go to Church in the 90's " Forever you will be the Lamb Upon the Throne, i gladly bow the Knee, and Worship you alone. " God bless you all and the wonderful work you do for the Lord. Please pray for my brother Jack to return to Jesus and my extended family. Thank you and well done on your Ministry you are all truly blessed and amazing.
