Natalie Jackman Ible is a Performance Strategist, Consultant, and internationally recognised Coach. Her unique blend of more than twenty (20) years’ experience as an Engineer and facilitating the personal and professional development of industry-oriented professionals, leaders, and SMEs, has equipped her with strong capabilities in both solution facilitation at the process and organisation level, as well as provoking insight, innovation, and mastery on a personal level.
She founded a Caribbean association for coaches, and has served with international coaching non-profits, as well as partnered with global thought-leaders to bring unique tools and programmes to the Caribbean. Mrs. Jackman Ible has frequently found herself in pioneering roles, including the first woman to manage an offshore operating field comprising five (5) platforms.
Mrs Jackman Ible joined the Board of the Human Resource Management Association of Trinidad and Tobago as Vice President, with responsibility for advocacy on issues of national interest, as well as the care and development of the membership. Over the past eight months, she has successfully ushered in the partnership between HRMATT and the NTA and led COVID-19 advocacy efforts that used Action Learning to produce a best practice guide for leaders in managing COVID-19 in the private sector, public sector and community at large. She has impacted the membership through the introduction of the Compassionate Fee, Practitioner Learning Network, HRMATT Leaders’ (Learning) Forum and the WINNERS programme (currently being upgraded to an assessable programme in collaboration with the NTA).
