It took me 16 months to get approved and then another 7 months to get my first money. It was told I didn’t qualify for any back pay but I don’t agree with that. Anything I can do to see if I was cheated out of money?

I have a couple of questions that I keep getting different answers on. I receive VA Disability and SSDI. I also use VA for medical coverage. My girlfriend receives SSI and uses WellCare for medical coverage. Which I believe is a Kentucky thing. What would the penalties be if we moved in together ? And if we got married later down the road, what would those penalties be ?

When delaying retirement beyound the full retirement age, do the benefits increase based on full years of delay( 12 months)? Or does it go up incrementally for each month delayed?

I'm a bit confused between ex spouse benefits and independently entitled ex spouse benefits... is it two different things? What's the difference? Thanks!

It's not a bad reference when you're a tunnel rat in the military, dear.
