Don't worry if you don't get everything at first. You should watch each video multiple times until you can follow along without the English subtitles and write down any words you are struggling with. Over time, you'll piece everything together the same way you did with your native language. My goal is to build a complete Cantonese immersion course that will get you to the conversational level. So stay tuned for the next video!

Got through all of this today. Thanks for all the hard work esp with the jyutping. It helps us learners a great deal to have that there!

This is terrific! Thank you for making this video available to the public. It's days if not months of hard work. Just adding the subtitles takes a long time! Thank you!

If you're gonna eat southern food, try grits. Also I heard good things about Wawa's sandwich. 12:35 no surprise you saw a lot of trucks out of Arkansas. That's where Walmart is headquartered, alot of their distribution goes through there.

I’ve been to Manhattan a few times and I have NEVER seen an RV in the city 😂😂😂 Your husband is a boss for driving it in the city! Does he speak Cantonese too? I heard him say the McDonald’s is ready to be eaten!
Awesome video! Can’t wait for part 2!

Hi Brittany, love your video of your travel. However, as someone who lives in the South, I believe the brisket you enjoyed was actually beef brisket and not pork.

Great video! Beautiful shots and ...travels to every place marked by it's food and shots of you eating. Very Chinese-style travelogue :D I noticed you guys were eating a lot outdoors or in the RV, you didn't say it in the video but culturally this is the current style of travel marked by coronavirus.

Great way for me to learn new canto vocabulary 👍
I think I would’ve rented a long wheelbase van... vans are much easier to park & drive, & you can street/wild camp 🏕 🚐 for free
