Who else hates how in cod you literally like glitch into enemies when you slide into eachother, like it makes gameplay horrible and whoever has aim assist easily wins the 1v1

Just wish they’d tweak the aim assist so that m/k and controller are more accurately reflective of the player’s actual abilities in the game rather then the game mechanics work better for one input device

For everyone, try this:

Enter the Range, walk into the mid booth to make the close dummy go left

Before entering the left booth, aim in to the right of the dummy. Close but not exact on him.

Move forward while holding your aim and as you do keep moving the left thumbstick.

Remember you want to keep from moving your person much as possible. The most effective way to do this is to move the stick clock or counter clockwise. DON'T USE THE RIGHT THUMBSTICK.

Get this down and you'll understand how much it's working.

If you aren't feelin like it's working it's most likely cause you're being to heavy on the stick. Try this in the range to see it. Then I'd say play shipment and just work on letting it do the work. Having good centering is key.

Everyone always says aim assist is broken but I feel like I’m missing out on this, I have to try very hard to keep my aim center mass on an opponent. I do all the tricks to abusing aim assist like strafing while aiming, centering, I practice aim in private matches with aim assist turned off then turned back on, etc. I’ve tested this with default and black ops aim assist, feel like I’m hitting someone in the chest/head and they kill me. On the kill cam they have bad centering and are aiming off to the left or right while tracking me but somehow the bullets are hitting me and killing me faster sometimes with the same gun. This happens A LOT

I’ve got about 3, 000 hours on the MnK and have recently gone back to controller. I’ve been on controller my whole life but the past few years I’ve fallen in love with MnK; but that strong aim assist is what’s making me come back to controller. Now it’s a 50/50 mix depending on the mood lol.

I agree something else to mention is your settings, make sure you have good settings. I turned off aim assist a while ago and I’m consistently playing better, but this game style isn’t for everyone it’s all about personal preference😊

Also you cant aim that accurately from that far. There is a thing called recoil. Not only that but the target is so small from that distance even the Littlest movement will throw your aim way off.
