Carb management is a necessity in our house, so I'd cook half that amount of pasta and replace it with sautéed onions, mushrooms, and a big bag/can of spinach.

People say they don’t eat left overs but the restaurants serves nothing but leftovers some foods been sitting around for days if not weeks and served so I laugh when I hear it especially from folks who love eating out

I cook for two to three days at a time. Not eating left overs is not an option. I don't have the energy to cook an entire meal everyday. Note to "picky people": Eat left overs today or you're on your own. Anyway... I'll be serving the left overs until they are gone.😁
