Yes I agree that Imo I don't really care what the sexuality of a character is. But representation is good (although sometimes especially studios over do it) but if you look at it statistically why not have him be gay? If you'd have 162 legends and you all want them to have a back story yeah fucking give them something that works. And this works well. Especially because they broke up, it's not the ideal life but it gives a character drive and characteristics
