I have 1 problem. I purchased a music from amazon music off of amazon. I trying to download the song from amazon music but the song file isnt in my Samsung music. For some reason I couldn't figure out what's happening. Do you know the issue?

Thank you for the tips with Samsung Music Player. I had a hard time with playlist because Shuffle was on and you showing the long press to turn it off/on solved my problem. 🙂

I can't even get the damn phone to FIND the files never mind play them. Why did Samsung make it so damn awkward and different from my old phone where I just used the USB cable to transfer from my PC to the phone?

I have a problem, when I would download songs I would get notifications that it got downloaded but in files in downloads section they wouldn't show up, and they wouldn't appear in samsung music, is there a solution for this problem?

It doesn't work! It shows no album, except the name of the artist and album, info but a clef symbol and when you touch the album and then a song it rapidly flashes the songs and returns to NOTHING! I have tried rebooting, every fix on Google and nothing. POS!
