This and Nevermore are some of my favorite Queen songs. So peaceful and beautiful. If I ever have children I’m definitely singing them to sleep with Dear Friends.

I remember I was babysitting for some little toddlers (Before the coronavirus outbreak) and they refused to go to sleep. I had tried everything at this point, so I sang them this song and they went straight to sleep! it was remarkable! The parent eventually came home after an hour and she was shocked to find I managed to get them to sleep! I told her about this song, and now she plays the song every night for her kids :')
