Star Ocean First Departure R / Rune Factory 4 Special are 2 RPG's that I got.

Bit of a late thing but I'd recommend Fallen Legion. Good voice acting with choice of partial British English or full Japanese, two stories in 1 game, lots of replay value for how your choices affect your route and how people act towards you and most importantly, Vanillaware Art Quality meets Valkryie Profile battle system

Cat Quest has an amazingly addictive gameplay loop. I think it's about a 15-hour game but that's a game I wish was 100 hour game, never wanted it to end

Cosmic Star Heroine is a great little pixel art RPG with a more futuristic backdrop. I definitely recommend checking it out

Labyrinth of Refrain is a really overlooked RPG.

SaGa Scarlett Grace: Ambitions is worth checking out as well. Combat system is turn based and really fun, and your decisions actually affect the game world. Towns and dungeons are basically menus though, but I had a ton of fun with it. There are several different stories to play through as well.

I've been loving The Lost Child. A niche, dungeon crawler RPG that is fairly easy to get into. It's a great game.

Atom RPG might not be hidden but it's definitely a gem

Bug Fables, Earthlock Festival of Magic, Ash of Gods Redemption, Masquerada are real hidden gem RPGs. Even Dusk Diver, Mercenaries Saga, God Wars, Oninaki or Lost Sphear may not be great but have something good for sure.
Haven, Mario+Rabbids, Banner Saga, Wargroove, The Alliance Alive HD may not be "hidden", but surely are underrated as hell
And all of these are actual RPGs, unlike Bloodstained or Shinsekai. You should really consider giving Bug Fables or Earthlock a try
