After the most turbulent presidential campaign in decades, Donald Trump appears to be on the cusp of returning to the most powerful office in the world after he refused to relinquish it four years ago. Just before 2:30 a.m. Wednesday morning, Trump, flanked by members of his family, took the stage to declare victory over Vice President Kamala Harris.
