Classic jack in the box breakfast jack breakfast sandwich at home on the Blackstone E Series electric tabletop flattop griddle. A simple sandwich to make at home with cooked deli ham, fried eggs, American cheese on toasted and buttered hamburger buns.

Servings: 2 sandwiches

Shopping List:
2 hamburger buns
2 eggs
2 slices cooked deli ham
2 slice American cheese
Butter
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Preheat griddle to 325 degrees.
Rub down some butter and place down the ham. Warm until warmed.
Place the bottom buns in the butter and toast lightly then remove and set aside. Also brush on some melted butter on the top buns.
Spray the inside of the egg rings and place on the griddle. Crack the eggs into the rings, seasoning with salt and pepper. Break the yolk. When the whites have set on the eggs, remove the rings and flip. Fry another 30-45 seconds.
Place the cheese on top of the eggs. Squirt a little water around the eggs and either close the lid or use a griddle safe basting dome to help melt the cheese for 30-45 seconds.
Place the egg/cheese/ham on the bottom bun and top with the top bun

Richard, very tasty sammich, we do not have jack n the box, whataburger, in & out burger places here, the 3 big ones are McDonald's, burger King, wendys

Richard, that looks so tasty. Where did you get the silicone egg rings? I bought the only one they had at Aldi, but I can't find them anywhere else.
