I started daily journalling, inspired by your 2018 journal flipthrough, using a dated daily journal. I write about my thoughts, progress, gratitude, prayers and sometimes even my fears and doubts. Sometimes i paste whatever significant from that particular day-brochures/tickets/tea bag tags/cards/little notes from loved ones/photos etc. I learned a lot about myself from this and noticed all the little blessings and joy in my life, otherwise drowned in busyness of daily life. Love this idea for each month. I was surprised to see that it did not automatically fit on my paper. Had to keep trying and scaling it down. Could I be doing something incorrectly? The lists are super duper!! Do you have anything with a purple background? Blessings.
