I think I might just prefer the simplicity of google tasks as it is. The only thing I would wish for in google tasks is the ability to set the time window for the task.
The way I workaround that is: I look at my tasks for tomorrow and create events in a "Plan" calendar that correspond to those tasks. I later move that event to a "Timesheet" calendar to indicate that I followed through with the Plan and worked on that task during that time. If I had not worked as per the Plan, I just delete that event and make a new plan for later.

Google Tasks is meant to be simple by definition. Of course there are many other, more sophisticated, To-Do apps that integrate with Google Calendar. Incidentally, all of the things you said you couldn't do with Tasks can be solved by creating an event in the Calendar.

One of the features i like about Google Tasks is if you don't mark it as completed, it jumps into a daily task list for every day following. So, yes, I i don't always get those tasks done. Does the GQ software have this same capability? Or do you need to move it?

This app looks outstanding. Question, if I begin using Qqueues, import my Google Tasks, then later decide to not continue with Qqueues's what occurs to my tasks? Can they be transferred back to Google Tasks or are they lost?

Interesting one Scott ... Going to check it out ... Play a bit ... May have application for the TEAM. Noce that it integrates directly with calendar. What I'm trying to sort through now is do I use Google Tasks and GQ at the same time? Or move all my current tasks to GQ ... Thoughts?

Meh, Google tasks is effective and integrates fine with gmail and calendar. For more complex stuff I use google keep.
I try to avoid 3rd party dependencies.
