Val Warner, 'Windy City LIVE' host, is engaged!

"Windy City LIVE" co-host Val Warner has had a rough start to 2021 that's caused her to miss the first week of live shows, but she also has something VERY EXCITING to look forward to later this year: She's engaged!!!
