Couple gets engaged on Windy City LIVE

Love was in the air of the Windy City LIVE studio on Valentine's Day 2020! An audience member named Stephen schemed with WCL co-hosts Ryan Chiaverini & Val Warner and actor Lil Rel Howery to propose to his girlfriend during the show using a lab-grown diamond from Haute Carat.

Ryan and Val had another surprise in store for the happy couple: They didn't get engaged at Chicago's most romantic restaurant, so Ryan and Val brought the restaurant to them! The couple and their family enjoyed delicious fondue from Gejas Cafe.
