I would never get a procedure done from an aesthetician unless they worked for my dermatologist. And for skincare advice, I don’t ever make decisions on what to use on my skin without seeing recommendations of board certified dermatologists. There are plenty online providing excellent information for free.

I opened a tik tok account at the beginning of the pandemic, but closed it the same year, the amount of misinformation was too much for me to deal with

I don’t know who told u about the tick, but in the Netherlands, it’s definitely rotating the special tick remove pen. Not sure what the Americans and/or u mean with the pull straight out, for us the possibility of the cab-mouth or legs etc getting stuck means we need to rotate it slowly so the tick lets go of the own. Then kill it…
I live next to a forage and had lots of ticks, with the special pen and rotation is definitely the best way to remove them and recommended in the Netherlands. Just wanted to add this info, liket the video and great information 😊

We don’t need antibacterial soaps for home use. This has led to a huge problem with multi drug resistant bacteria. Just use plain hand soap.
