Really good information there. I’m glad you talked about the width because when I got my new tractor with a R 14’s, my rake and blade would no longer cover my tracks when the blade was angled. Great video.

Nice informative video Mike. They have come a long way in a short time with hybrid tires for ag and industrial use. Also RT or XT hybrid all terrains mud tires for pickup/suv. When I got in the off road tire business 26 years ago you didn’t see the R14 or the Michelins tweel solid. Lots of new tech in the tire industry 😊

R14 tires in my experience are much better on ice than r1 or r4. In deep snow I would say r14 is just as good as r1 tires. R14 is probably the most expensive but I wouldn't have anything else. BTW, mine are on a LS mt232. On the premium model I believe they are standard over the r1 tires on the LS mt232e.

I have the R4 on my MF 1635. Wish it had R1’s because I’m always turning the dirt for my MX track. Any moisture and the R4’s slip quite a bit.

Same concept for Off road enthusiasts. Swampers have their place. So do AT tires.

I'm willing to pay for solid rubber tire, true non flat type. NOBODY offers them, why? They want to sell liquid ballast, they want you fixing flats for a life time? Sell / offer what the people are looking for. Tweel wheel or some other form of flat free tires. I'm no going to spend 40k on four flat tires.
