This is TABS in Windows 10

This function would fit a lot more on Windows 8.1. I don't know why I feel like it fits more on 8.1 than in 10 and 11.

This feature is still much more useful than Windows 11 File Explorer and Notepad tabs however I still use tabs in Windows Terminal

You can just use Stardock’s Groupy instead, it’s practically the same as this “Sets” feature
