I actually started practicing talking to hot guys, as a way to desensitize me lolol I start with a small compliment about something they’re wearing, and go from there. At first I was nervous, but the more I practice the more confident I feel. And I noticed I’ve been attracting better men as well! So yeah, just relax and talk, like he said.

People assume that a good-looking person is getting all these offers because they are getting attention. People look, but like Matt said, 99% of them don't do anything. The more average people are the ones who get asked out. Also, the assumption that a good-looking guy will be less faithful than an average guy is ridiculous. Steven Hawking left his wife for another woman, while Matt Damon's marriage is moving right along.

This so heartbreakingly true! I just lost a guy because I was so enamored with him and his looks and I certainly made the mistake of putting him on an ever increasingly high pedestal, while I put myself down. I finally choked and had a meltdown right in front of him. He (reasonably) was freaked out and dumped me. Totally wish I had seen this video earlier, but relieved to understand it didn't just happen to me. Very helpful advice here. Thanks, Matthew!

If you're an unattractive woman, it's even harder to say something. The first fear is that some guys might find it weird that you approached them first, and then you're ugly so they'll all be like 'That ugly chick hit on me, I was so embarrassed'. You don't want to embarrass yourself and others. I do think that this advice is helpful to guys who wish to approach a hot woman because for many women their own desirabilitiy in someone's eyes makes this person attractive to them but usually if the guy is not physically attracted to the woman in the first place, personality alone will not cut it.

Never go into a relationship thinking anyone is better than the other ...you both are making a choice to be together ...so there’s a reason he is still and you are still there. And it should never be just based on looks.
Its more based on whether you make each other a better person .And you support and love each other .

I've been getting frustrated about how often guys don't talk to me, and when I finally go talk to them, they always say they "assumed SOMEONE LIKE ME would be in a relationship". I finally realized guys weren't talking to me because they are insecure about getting rejected. And also, just saying Hi is enough. That's all it takes

A few days ago I dated the hottest guy ever... and you know what..i was sitting there with him talking for hours...he was also the nicest and most caring guy I've ever met, it's a pity that most people treat good looking people as objects for their own pleasure and don't value the human being inside...he seemed to need someone who treated him nicely and gave him some proper conversation. I bet he has been dating some superficial ladies, and I'm just a really caring plane Jane lol hope I get to know him better and see what happens with time 🥰
