You can do the same thing with a leather belt, a rubber tie down strap, a old high top shoe, a hole punch, a container of ky gel for possible chafing and 1" of duct tape.

i'm a stroke survivor. My right side completely shut down. On 2 1/2 yrs of recovery now. Still numbness. I can't lift a piece of paper or a pencil without the pins and needles feeling but getting better. As an right hand animator its tough. However i'm teaching myself to be left handed and now walking and going on with my life. These exercises are helping so much.
I appreciate this channel thank you Dr. Tara!

Dr. Tara,
Would this tool work for a stiff leg with someone with Multiple Sclerosis? I have had trouble bending my knee and matching on my right side for 8 years.

I noticed that my walking is much better when I’m in a supermarket with a cart even I’m not holding the cart with my hand fully because my fingers on it then I am with a cane. Any thoughts on that doctor?

Big time audio level difference at :18 in. Pior to that the audio is too low and muffled sounding. Still looking for an editor? I talked to someone about it a few months ago. Video guy and stroke survivor here.
