2009 Dodge Charger SE 2.7 in the shop today for a No Start Diagnostic.

I determined it was due to water pump failure which is common on these vehicles. Especially on the ones that have the 2.7 engines.

I knew Spark and fuel was present because it was coughing out of the intake. After it could only be two things: stopped up catalytic converter or a timing issue.

I was able to discover it was a timing issue because of the water and oil mix.

That's what awaits me in a couple of more miles with my magnum. Changing the chain 'n pump. 😵
At the moment i recognize a whining sound. I already had this in summer after a start but it was gone after a few minutes and never came back until now. So at the moment i don't know what it is. It's also not directly after i start the engine but after i shift in "Drive". When i drive then, stop the engine (go shoping or somethin'), park and start again, it'll make that whining sound immediatly. Sometimes it's quitly and sometimes louder. But transmission and motoroil is ok and where also changed a few month ago. Very strange 🙄

How would mashing the gas "floodstart" start the car when its intended not to start it when ubhave gas all the way down?

How doe the signal wire come off, I can wiggle it but won't come off

i have a 2009 dodge charger 2.7 v6 showed me the p0016 code changed out the camshaft sensor but still code apears could it be the crankshaft? it runs and start but when it drives i can be flooring it down and no response

I have a 2018 Dodge Charger R/T it cranks but doesn’t start and also the fuel pump doesn’t prime when on the run position can u help with my issue I have a brand new fuel pump coming in this Sunday to see if that’s the issue

I put in new head gasket and water pump. Now it seems to slow crank and no start. Any idea what it could be. I checked all my timing marks also

I have a 2008 dodge charger that starts and rides smoothly then after a little while it stalls on me while driving, i lose power steering then it wont start for about 30 mins then starts back up. When i stop at a light i can hear and feel the vehicle struggling to stay on. Any ideas or suggestions as to what the issue may be? Thank you

I changed the timing chain to a 2010 dodge charger 2.7 v6
It turned on the first time, I turned it off at about 30 seconds because I had no water, I left it for a while and I wanted to turn it on again and it sounded like the one in the video, I left it for 15 minutes and tried again and then it turned on then I put the radiator and all the water connections and it no longer turns on, it remains as a video car.
